• In the cases of an advanced stage of Head and Neck cancer which has involved adjoining structures or spread to lymph glands in the neck, the surgeon may recommend radiation and chemotherapy combination.
• On advanced stages, when the infection has spread near the brain or spread to other parts of the body then palliative radiation therapy with chemotherapy and immunotherapy could be recommended.
